Tulip Pour Through Flipped Rosetta

I've seen other baristas pull off this type of design, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it consistently.  Basically you start with a rosetta but don't finish it off, turn the coffee cup 180 degrees, and pour another design into the other side of the rosetta leaves.  Most of my other attempts I didn't get even a little foam to release into the cup from the milk pitcher after stopping and restarting the pour.
