And today I poured one of the best rosettas I've done in a while. It's got some crazy definition in the leaves wrapping around the bottom... I've been trying to have a steadier hand when I rock the milk pitcher back and forth while pouring. My designs still need to migrate a little closer to the bottom of the cup so there's not as much of a crema border.
